Scales
Live Your Principles
Write down the principles you want to live by. Scales shows you one at a time and keeps showing it until you live it without being reminded.

How it works
- Capture a principle: a quote, a lesson, a line you wrote yourself.
- Each day Scales shows you a few. For each one, choose Living it, Sit with it, or Skip.
- Skip it and it comes back more often, set in heavier type. What you avoid stays in plain sight until you live it.
What is different
- Honest, not encouraging. No streaks, no cheering. When you skip, Scales pushes back with one plain question.
- Real words from real thinkers. Sit with a principle and Scales finds a sourced quote from Epictetus, Marcus Aurelius, Nietzsche, Jung or Dostoevsky that speaks to it.
- Yours alone. No account. Your principles stay on your iPhone.
